Distance Education

DISTANCE EDUCATION is a boon for people who are already working or who have enough time to upgrade their knowledge but due to age factor are not comfortable in pursuing regular course by attending colleges. The key factor that dissuades many people from opting for such courses is that, not many companies in India prefer to give jobs to candidates who have completed the required qualification through correspondence education. This pushes people who have come from poor financial backgrounds to take up jobs for which they are overqualified or which does not requires any particular skills as such. This trend will ultimately prove detrimental to India’s growth and will become one of the major reasons for shrinking the talent of India.
